Hera's Hearth - Supporting Women's Wellbeing

The aim of Hera's Hearth is to grow a village of women, to support each other through each phase of life. Hera's Hearth is a place for you to come and feel safe. Free from judgment, where we will hold space for each other and grow together. During the different phases of my own life I have found support for womens health lacking. My aim is to change that and build a community of support.

Gradually I will be offering an array of classes and workshops held in the tranquil surroundings of Westbury Wildlife Park.

These classes and workshops will cover Fertility, Antenatal and Postnatal classes, Closing the Bones Ceremony, parent, baby and toddler classes. Self care, Women's Circles, and Menopause workshops.
