If you are unable to attend the whole or part of a workshop, a refund will not be provided and Highland Makaton Tutor is under no obligation to provide you with an alternative date. However, Highland Makaton Tutor will endeavour to find you a place on an alternative workshop if there are spaces available. This may not include the most popular dates, or your preferred venue.
Highland Makaton Tutor reserves the right to cancel or postpone the workshop at short notice. In the case of Highland Makaton Tutor cancelling the workshop you will be offered an alternative course or a full refund. Highland Makaton Tutor cannot be held liable for any costs that may be incurred in arranging travel and/or accommodation in relation to the workshop should the workshop be cancelled or postponed.
Should you wish to transfer onto an alternative course date, the request must be communicated via email and must be made at least 14 days prior to the start of the workshop. Highland Makaton Tutor will try to accommodate the request where possible.
You may wish to transfer your booking to someone else. In this instance, you must email the name, email address and mobile number of the person taking the place at least 24 hours before the start of the course. You must ensure that the workshop manual is given to the person taking your place in time for the start of the workshop.
