Please book tickets for every member of your group. Adults, children & babies all require a ticket.

Please note, we may sell our full allocation of children's tickets before our maximum total capacity is reached.

DISCOUNT CODES
If you use a voucher code on your booking, please ensure that you bring the paper voucher with you and hand it in when you arrive. Failure to show your paper voucher will mean that you will need to pay the difference at the start of the session. Unfortunately, we have now had to change these codes to one use only per customer.

AFTER SCHOOL SESSIONS
Unfortunately due to low numbers we are currently not holding any after school sessions, however this will be reviewed after Christmas.

SEN SESSIONS
During school holidays we will hold a dedicated SEN session on one afternoon each week. Please check the time table for specific dates.

SOFT PLAY & SENSORY
The soft play & sensory room is usually open on Monday and Fridays. However, please note: this is not guaranteed and there maybe occasions when the room cannot open.
We occasionally have private bookings which will mean the room is unavailable or staff absence may mean there is nobody to supervise the room. We do not charge for use of the soft play area, it is an added extra to our regular sessions and as such, refunds or discounts will not be issued if it is not available.
