The Christmas Block will run from the 27th October - 17th December 2025 and booking will open on the 18th October. If you are a new client who hasn't previously worked with me, please contact me first before booking if you would like to discuss which class would suit you best.

If you would like to be kept informed about booking and future blocks, please subscribe to my newsletter on the Contact page of my website. These classes are not suitable if you have been diagnosed with osteoporosis, osteopenia or are pregnant. If you would like a pre or post natal class, please book a 1:1.
