Booking Page for Kids Roleplay

Booking of sessions reccomended....but we do offer a pay on door facility but please check before attending as if we have no bookings we may cancel session. SEND tickets must be pre booked.Fully DBS checked, firstaid trained staff.
Each Child ticket (0 to 6 years) includes entry for accompanied adult. Additional adults will need to purchase a ticket/s
Check out our discounted tickets available for siblings. Make sure you pick up a loyalty card and get it stamped on entry, collect 6 stamps and get 7th session free....

Welcome to Kids Roleplay!
What do we offer?
We have 1 session (1hr 45min each)
10.15am to 12 noon

Role playing is a vital part of every child’s early years learning. We provide a minimum of 8 roleplay backgrounds & include appropriate quality toys to match each "room". These backgrounds are changed regularly offering returning customers variety and there will of course be themed special sessions ie Halloween etc

We are inclusive to children of any ages and abilities (up to 6 years in Roleplay room and 8 years in SEND room) Every child grows and develops at their own pace and we aim to create an environment where every child feels confident and comfortable to play. Our business prides itself on inclusiveness of any child no matter what
Our role play area has tables / chairs where parents can sit ( if your child/ren allow!!) We offer a SEND area with separate entrance (if needed). We also have in our Main Hall specialised wheelchair Roleplay attachments and costumes so that every child can pretend and play together **Please check availability

There is tea / coffee and juice available (Free) the main hall has its own toilets / disabled toilets and baby change. The SEND area as also 2 toilets available. (disabled toilet only available in main hall section) There is plenty of FREE parking onsite.

Loyalty Cards
Each full paying child will equal one stamp on our loyalty card
i.e 8.50 equals one stamp / £12.75 ticket equals 1 stamp / £10 ticket equals 1 stamp.
Collect 6 stamps and get 7th session for free! It is your responsibility to get card stamped and no forgotten stamps will be added.

*loyalty stamps can be collected on special events however free session can not be claimed on special events with increased costs.

SEND Sessions
We only accommodate small numbers in the separate designated SEND area. The room is restricted to a total of 20 including accompanying adults. Tickets must be pre booked this is because of the time needed to set up the room and we need to manage numbers.

1 x child (1 to 8 years) £10.00 this includes 1 x accompanying adult....and access to main hall should your child want to join in the Roleplay session. Adults need to accompany child at all times.
The SEND room can be accessed independently meaning if the noise or excitement of normal sessions is to much you dont have to enter through the main hall. ( you would need to check in / purchase ticket in main hall then access room via accessibility ramp at side entrance)

This area has sensory toys and a pop up sensory blackout tent, the lights are down low with no music playing, there are softplay blocks to stack,a wonderful light up table with play dough, & table and chairs for adults ...the room can accommodate 10 children with accompanying adults.

If a child is booked into this SEND room session they do still have the ability to join the main hall*....
..... however if the main hall ticket is purchased we do ask for the SEND room not to be entered so that the SEND area remains a calm environment.

Party Information
Yes we do Parties!!!

Exclusive hire is £160 for 10 children for 1.45 hours at South Hanningfield Village Hall including hall hire if available for your chosen date. Additional kids are £7.50 each up to a total of 25. All kids must be supervised.
If at SHVH there will be 8 x roleplay rooms and associated toys only ....we do not provide any hands on assistance or entertainment!. We will be available before/during and on takedown. Bouncy castle/ softplay set up / separate Sensory Room are all Optional Extras that can also be arranged as well as balloons / party bags / sweet cones etc. A deposit will be required to cover any damage and all items are checked in / out. We require 60* minutes to set up and take down which is included in costs. This also includes 30 minutes for you to come in and decorate hall, set up cake / food. All rubbish and food must be cleared away at end of party by yourselves.
