Music Bugs Romford Spring term 2021 - online lockdown sessions

Due to the coronavirus lockdown, face to face classes are currently suspended however you are welcome to book our online YouTube sessions to keep you and your little ones entertained. These are "pay as you go" sessions and cost £3 each (half the price of our face to face sessions). Sessions are approximately 45 minutes long. You are welcome to book past dates if you have missed any sessions.

How to book:
• Select your chosen class and click 'Select' next to your chosen ticket type - this will automatically add this ticket to your basket
• Click 'View Selections' to review and edit your basket
• Click 'Book Now' when you are happy with the contents of your basket
• Follow the on screen instructions from there to complete your booking

Please note that you are NOT booking a face to face session. These sessions are online via YouTube only. These sessions are non refundable and non transferable. You can watch your session at any time and as many times as you like. Please do not share the YouTube links with others as they are only for those who have booked and paid for sessions. Please read the "instructions" for a list of suggested props; these will help enhance the experience for you and your little ones however you can join in perfectly well without anything. Please see the "attachments" for a printable sticker sheet, sticker chart and finger puppets.

Refund policy

Block bookings that are cancelled with less than 2 weeks' notice are subject to a £15 administration fee. Refunds will not be offered should sessions be cancelled due to reasons out of our control such as adverse weather conditions, floods, fires and "force majeur" but we will do everything we can to offer you a catch up session. If sessions are cancelled due to a class leader being unwell then a catch up session or a refund will be provided. Please email or text Sarah: romford@musicbugs.co.uk / 07517199869, where possible, if you are going to miss your session. If you cannot make the session you booked and there is availability in an alternative session you may be able to attend that session instead. If we have to go into lockdown, sessions will move online until further notice.
