STANDARD T&C's
- Refunds are no longer available
- You can transfer your booking up until 6hrs prior to class - this is a one-time transfer (you cannot transfer the same booking again)
- Regretfully, any requests within 6hrs of a class or no-shows will not be transferred
Of course, emergencies do happen - amendments may be able to be made to your booking outside of the usual parameters subject to the Instructors discretion.
Please note that any transfers must be like-for-like in ticket type/ value
GOVERNMENT/ VENUE RESTRICTIONS
In the event that government or venue restrictions prevent a class from running you will be notified directly. Standard T&C's will apply up to 24hrs prior to a class with transfers or credits arranged thereafter.
OUTSIDE CLASSES
You will be notified (via text or email) prior to the start of a class if poor weather conditions force a last minute cancellation, a couple of options will then be available:
- the class will be rearranged for another day that week (either in person or an online Zoom class)
- if that is not possible or you cannot attend the rearranged class, transfers or credits will be available thereafter
If poor weather conditions force a session to stop early, a discount may be available for your next booking subject to the Instructor's discretion.
DISCOUNT CODES/ SPECIAL OFFERS
Unfortunately due to the way the booking system works please note that if you are applying any discount code/ special offer at checkout (incl. loyalty card discount codes), any booking they apply to will be non-refundable/ non-transferable.
