Calling all parents and adorable little ones! Join us for a rejuvenating Parent and Babies Pilates session. This is a Pilates session aimed at postpartum parents with sensory toys for tummy time for the babies. There is also the option of an additional sensory time after, to allow the parents and babies to connect whilst the parents enjoy a hot drink.
We've got the mats covered, and feel free to bring along your baby's favourite toys to keep them happily entertained while you focus on some well-deserved self-care.
