Join us in Leicester for a full day containing 5 incredible dance intensive workshops. Guest coaches and 230 Faculty will be delivering workshops in a wide range of styles to help you raise your game. Workshops may involve technique work, choreography, skill combos, top tips, Q&A and opportunities to perform.
2 huge halls of dance workshops will be running simultaneously. Dancers are streamed for this event by AGE. This intensive is open to everyone, with no specific style training required.
INTERMEDIATE INTENSIVE
For Ages 5 - 10 years old. Tiny / Mini / Youth Age Groups
All 5-6 year olds must be accompanied on-site at all times by an adult who purchases a spectator ticket (one adult can supervise up to 3 children in this age group).
Classes in: Dance technique, Flexibility, Acro / Tumbling, Lyrical, Jazz.
ELITE INTENSIVE
For Ages 11+ to adult. Junior / Senior / Adult Age groups.
Classes in: Dance technique, Acro / Tumbling, Contemporary, Jazz, Flexibility.
Guest instructors to be announced.
All participants receive a certificate of attendance.
The first session will include a general warm up and mobilisation session. Dancers are also advised to complete their own warm-up and stretch prior to commencing class.

Level: Advanced, Beginner & Intermediate
Breaks will be built into the schedule during each class. If at any time a participant needs to take an additional break or leave class for the bathroom, please advise the instructor.
What to wear:
All participants should wear comfortable clothing that does not restrict physical movement. Any dance or exercise clothing is suitable. Leggings/shorts and t-shirt or crop top are ideal.
Jeans, clothes with loose straps or buckles and swimwear items are not suitable. If worn, skirts must be worn with a leotard or leggings underneath.
All jewellery MUST be removed. Hair can be worn however the participant is comfortable.
Footwear is optional. Bare feet, gym slippers, dance shoes or dance specific socks with grip (e.g. capezio) are suitable. Dancing in standard socks is not recommended due to the risk of slipping. Clean indoor trainers can be worn for commercial and hip-hop classes.
Bring adequate water/drinks to last for the whole workshop, especially in hot weather. Not all venues have vending machines or cafe facilities, so please bring enough food, drinks and snacks to last.
230 Intensives merchandise will be available to purchase on-site (cash/card accepted), subject to availability.
Booking Terms:
All under 18s must have the permission of a parent/guardian to register and attend this workshop.
Please ensure all participants have completed the online participant form. The link will be attached to your booking confirmation. Without all paperwork in order, participants will not be able to take part in any aspect of the workshop.

Spectator
Spectator ticket, valid for the whole day. floor level seating will be available in both halls. All spectators must follow the terms and conditions of entry which includes keeping noise to a minimum, not distracting dancers, not approaching dancers or entering the floor space during classes, behaving with respect for our instructors and professionals, only filming your own child, no food or drink (except water) can be consumed in the hall. Spectators may leave and return during the day.
