UK TUMBLING COLLECTIVE in Glasgow!
Join us in Glasgow at Solid Rock Cheer & Dance Gym (Paisley) for this UK Tumbling Collective workshops. A fully equipped, spring floor venue.
Please carefully check age and skill requirements for each workshop. There is a minimum age requirement to ensure sessions are developmentally appropriate. There is no upper age limited and all sessions on this date are open to adults. Contact us before booking for athletes who are below the minimum age but meet the skill requirements for the session.
These are coached sessions run by UKTC Staff, focused on drills, body shaping and improving technique. These tumbling workshops are open to everyone.
Each session is an intensive training opportunity. Sessions will include a dynamic warm-up, conditioning drills, body shaping and control-based equipment stations, standing tumbling stations and open free tumbling time for running tumbling.
