Explorers’ sailing expedition to the Yantlet, camping out on the beach overnight.
We will be meeting on the morning of Thursday 23rd August to pack gear and load boats before taking the midday tide over to a secluded beach at the entrance to Yantlet Creek.
We will set up camp, play games on the beach and be having dinner on an open fire before sleeping under the stars in bivvies.
We will sailing back to Leigh the following morning, arriving just after lunchtime!
As with all activities afloat, this activity is very dependant on favourable weather - if the forecast is poor (ie high wind and/or rain) we will cancel and look to rearrange another time.
