This workshop starts with you! In flowing we dance to discover our fluidity, creativity, vulnerability and aliveness, falling in love with our own unique ways of dancing and being embodied ~ from this place we can expand outwards to sharing and connecting with others, dancing to find our place in the group and to experience the invisible threads that connect us all. Knowing that without our presence the circle would not be complete.
The 5Rhythms are a simple, clear and spacious map for personal exploration. In this workshop we will have time to dive a little deeper into the dance of relating - finding new ways to meet these connections with more ease, openness and curiosity. Dancing the 5Rhythms can be a profound way to help to dissolve the judgements and habits that separate us from ourselves and each other.
Beginners are welcome, as are experienced dancers ~ Come join us for this rich exploration

What to wear:
Dress ready to move, loose comfortable clothes and layers are recommended. We dance bare feet. Please leave your outdoors shoes at the door to the hall. For everyone’s comfort, let’s make this a fragrance free zone.
What to bring:
Do bring a bottle of water. There is a kitchen to refill your bottle as needed.

Ticket Policy
We don't offer refunds. However there are two options if you cannot attend.
You are also welcome to gift or sell your ticket to a friend for that day. If you gift or sell your ticket it is important to let me have the name and email of the new participant. Without this information they won't be admitted to the session.
Up to 5pm the day before the of the dance you are welcome to TRANSFER the ticket to another session as long as there are places available. Please email Catherine to let her know which session you would like to transfer to.
