This 5Rhythms class is a 2hr hour session. We start with a warm-up, Body Parts Meditation, followed by a Wave.
During these 5Rhythms classes we will move through Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and finish in Stillness.
Its a time for you to explore and connect and explore ways of expressing movement and creativity through your body, a space to connect with yourself and move freely.
You don’t need any experience and there are no steps to follow, just a willingness to explore. You are welcome as you are to discover your own dance, how to connect with others and be part of a larger group in that discovery.
-Wear comfy clothes you can move in, bring a water bottle, we dance barefoot or indoor/dance shoes.
-Please arrive on time, doors open at 5.45pm, class starts at 6pm
(There may be no admittance if you arrive later than 6.20pm)
-Online booking closes at 3:00pm the day of the class (after which ‘drop-in’ price per class applies on the door). Once booked, no cancellation or refund will be available.

Turn off Cowick St at the lights by the Lucombe Oak pub (100m west of the railway station) into Cecil Rd, then 1st right into Church Rd, hall car park is at the West end on the right.
