Magda Serenity Yoga

Welcome. This is the place where I share love for yoga and sound. I run a small studio in the heart of Bedford town centre. If you have ever thought of practicing yoga, but for some reason have not done that yet, come and join us. Maybe you will fall in love. The space is truly beautiful and atmospheric, with dimmed lights and candles. This is a safe space to practice and relax in a cosy environment. Occasionally I hold sound bath sessions with crystal singing bowls and chimes.
