This class is suitable for all levels. Some fitness required. Most Pilates exercises are down on the mat so the ability to get up and down on the mat is required.
Level: Advanced, Beginner & Intermediate
Please arrive 5 minutes before class for a smooth check in experience and to familiarise yourself with any equipment.
It is best to wear tight fitting, comfortable clothing in order to facilitate free movement of all areas of your body.
You will not need any footwear as Pilates is practiced in socks or bare feet.
It is always advisable to bring a water bottle when doing any physical activity
