Dreamacre Farm – Summer Farm Adventures

Join us for a wonderful summer farm experience at Dreamacre Farm, designed
specifically for children and young people with Special Educational Needs and
Disabilities (SEND).
Dreamacre Farm is a small, family-run farm set within 17 acres of beautiful
countryside in the village of Aldbrough, between Hull and Hornsea. This unique
experience offers children and young people the opportunity to meet, feed and
interact with a variety of friendly farm animals in a relaxed and supportive
environment.
Activities during the day will include alpaca feeding and up-close alpaca cuddles,
chick hatch watch, chicken feeding and egg collecting, duck feeding and a fun game
of ‘Spot the Drake’ around the pond. Participants will also enjoy treat time with the
farm’s Valais Blacknose sheep and have the chance to meet and play with the
adorable Valais Blacknose lambs in their paddock.
This hands-on farm experience encourages confidence, curiosity and connection
with animals while creating memorable outdoor adventures for everyone involved.
This is an outdoor session, so please ensure your child is dressed appropriately for
the weather and wears suitable footwear.
You can choose to book a morning session, an afternoon session or a full day,
depending on your child's needs and interests.
A packed lunch will be provided, with a choice of tuna, cheese, ham or egg
sandwiches, along with fruit and a drink. Healthy snacks will also be available
throughout the day. Children are welcome to bring their own packed lunch if
preferred.
Parents, carers and personal assistants are welcome to attend with prior
