Join Vision Redbridge Culture & Leisure for Mental Health Awareness Week.
Forest Pilates aims to relive anxiety, de-stress’s and calm the mind, increases cognitive function, concentration and gives you more energy, it re-connects you with nature and the universe.
It also strengthens the body and improves flexibility especially in the hips, therefore improving balance reducing stiffness and giving better stability. It can improve back, joint and arthritis pain, change body shape, aid weight loss and even help you sleep better.
Please wear appropriate footwear (trainers, exercise shoes), comfortable clothing and bring water to keep hydrated.
The meeting point will be the new Visitor's Centre at Hainault Forest.
Please aim to arrive at 11:15am to allow us time to check you in and walk into the Forest to the location for Pilates.
Once registered a further e-mail will be sent out with more information including meeting points.
Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one, if not we will have spares.
