Join Vision Redbridge Culture & Leisure for Mental Health Awareness Week.
The focus for this Mental Health Awareness Week is reducing anxiety - and we understand that some activities that are new to us can cause worries for example: "How to find it? Who is it for? Do I need a ticket? How do I get there? Can I sit down? Can I make any noise?".
So come along and meet Redbridge Outdoor Arts, for a friendly session where you will find out the answers to any questions you might have about our summer programme of free theatre and circus shows in Ilford and Barkingside. Everybody is welcome.
London Borough of Redbridge have partnered with Vision Redbridge Culture & Leisure and Redbridge Institute Adult Education to deliver this session as part of their new project: Active Body, Healthy Mind.
