Curious about what multi-sports is?
It is a developing program that offers children aged 5-13 the opportunity to engage in exciting, enjoyable and fulfilling sports activities.
Our focus is to encourage children to stay active and keep moving.
Our team is on hand to offer advice on keeping your children active and engaged, but also to have a friendly chat about our upcoming holiday programme 'Mega Mix' and healthy lifestyles programme 'Active Stars'!
Instructions
All equipment will be provided on the day.
Please wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing, trainer/exercise shoes and bring water to keep hydrated.
Children attending must be supervised by a responsible adult (aged 16+) at all times during the activity session.
This is a session for children and families to get involved together!
