Join Vision Redbridge Culture & Leisure for Mental Health Awareness week.
A Pilates class concentrates on strengthening the body with exercises focusing on the core strength and conditioning, helping improve overall fitness and wellbeing.
It can also strengthen the body, improve flexibility, improve balance and result in better stability. It can improve back, joint and arthritis pain, change body shape and can even help you sleep better.
London Borough of Redbridge have partnered with Vision Redbridge Culture & Leisure and Redbridge Institute Adult Education to deliver this session as part of their new project: Active Body, Healthy Mind.
Yoga mats will be provided on the day, but bring your own mat if you have one.
Please wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing and bring water to keep hydrated.
This is a mixed session (male and female).
Adults only (19+).
One of the following ID required on the day of the event.
