Join Vision Redbridge Culture & Leisure for Mental Health Awareness Week.

Yoga can produce many benefits to both our physical and mental health. It aims to relieve anxiety, de-stress and calm the mind, increase cognitive function, concentration and give you more energy.
It can also strengthen the body, improve flexibility, improve balance and result in better stability. It can improve back, joint and arthritis pain, change body shape and can even help you sleep better.

London Borough of Redbridge have partnered with Vision Redbridge Culture & Leisure and Redbridge Institute of Adult Education to deliver this session as part of their new project: Active Body, Healthy Mind.
