In this 90-minute Yoga class, including asana (Yoga postures), pranayama (breath work), relaxation and a short meditation at the end. This class is a mindful practice suitable for all experience levels. Modifications will be offered for different body types, conditions and injuries. There is also the option to join via Zoom if you prefer, or when you are not able to attend in person.
Please bring your own Yoga mat and blanket, and arrive in time to settle yourself in the room before the start time. Yoga blocks and a strap may also be useful.
If you have not already completed my 'BWY health questionnaire', please complete and return the health questionnaire found in the 'event attachments'. You can return this to me via e-mail prior to attending, or print it and bring it with you to the first session. If neither are possible I will have paper copies in class.
