This 90-minute Yoga class includes asana (Yoga postures), pranayama (breath work), relaxation and a short meditation at the end. This class is not suitable for beginners. This class is a mindful practice suitable for those who have had a regular Yoga practice for at least 3 years. Modifications will be offered for different body types, conditions and injuries.
If you have booked for the term and are not able to attend a session in person, you are welcome to join either 7 pm Tuesday or 9.30 am Wednesday hybrid classes via Zoom. It is your responsibility to read the 'Student guidance remote sessions.pdf' below prior to participating in any Zoom or online classes.
Please bring your own Yoga mat and blanket, and arrive in time to settle yourself in the room before the start time. Yoga blocks and a strap may also be useful.
If you have not already completed my 'BWY health questionnaire', please compete and return the health questionnaire found in the 'event attachments'. You can return this to me via e-mail prior to attending, or print it and bring it with you to the first session.

This ticket books all 15 classes of the course to attend in-person at the block booking discounted rate of £10.50/class. If you cannot attend your Thursday class, you will also have the option to attend either of the Zoom classes on Tuesday 7-8.30 pm or or Wednesday 9.30-11 am as well as access to the whole course of class recordings online via the course website. Please read the document 'Student Guidance Remote Sessions' before following a class online.
