Adult activities at IBC

Day and evening kayaking sessions for ages 18 upwards. We welcome paddlers of all abilities and skill levels.
If you need additional support please contact us before booking so that we can have the right support in place for you on that session.
The sessions are 1.5 hours, we suggest you arrive in your paddling gear so that we can get on the water promptly, although we have facilities for changing.
There also have showers for after sessions.
Our regular members are very welcoming so please feel confident to come alone, however, friends and family are also welcome to book and join in the fun.
