A Risk-Benefit Analysis has been completed for all activities and a Risk Management System is in place. We have supported young people throughout the Covid-19 Pandemic and have an effective system in place.
By using the Adventure Ways Activity Day booking form, I give my consent for the young person named on the booking form to take part in adventurous activities with inherent risk.
All participants under the age of 18 years will require a signed parental/carer consent form completed via the online booking system.
Please note all bookings are subject to terms and conditions.
Please send your child with a packed lunch, snacks and a named water bottle.
If you have highlighted a medical need, please bring your child’s medication with their name on it and hand it to the instructor. Please remember we cannot administer medication.
Money, Mobile phones, any other electronic equipment or other valuables. Adventure Ways cannot be held responsible nor can they compensate if items get damaged or go missing.
They will need suitable, comfortable old clothes (long sleeves and trousers for low ropes). They may get wet on the low ropes, therefore, please send a towel, a change of clothes and shoes.
Unfortunately due to COVID-19 precautions we are unable to offer early or late pickups at present.
