Booking terms and conditions

Once you have arrived at the training site please keep your Dog in the vehicle between their own trails, except for toileting breaks which need to be arranged around the other working dogs.

Please ensure that you are prepared for the weather and your dog being inside the vehicle for periods of time. This might mean providing your own shade from the sun with something over the vehicle, having your dog in a crate so that you can have all your windows open and your dog still be secure inside the vehicle, providing your dog with water. During the winter you need to ensure that your dog will be warm enough inside the car and whilst out trailing. This might mean providing your dog with blankets or a warm coat.

Nervous and reactive dogs may be attending the session so please ensure that you keep your dog on a lead at all times and under control. Give other owners and their dogs space and be prepared to walk away out of sight with your dog if asked by an instructor.

Nervous and reactive dogs are welcomed on mantrailing sessions but it is the owners responsibility to ensure that the instructor has the correct and most up to date information with regards to your dog. If a dog is deemed inappropriate for the session due to its behavior that may be of a concern to others or itself they may be asked to leave the session and an alternative arrangement provided for future sessions.

Adverse weather and weather warnings may mean that we have to cancel sessions. If this happens you will be offered another session convenient for you as replacement.

If we have to cancel a session we will endeavor to give you as much notice as possible but understandably the welsh weather is very unpredictable.

If you are unable to make a session then you must cancel it with 48 hours notice. Failure to do so will forfeit your right to change or transfer your paid booking to another date.

You are agreeing to the terms and conditions above with this booking.
