A great 30 minute practice to become habitual in the training week. Classes are live and recorded so if you can't attend or want to repeat the session you can access the recording for a week after.
Perfect for those who run, cycle, lift weights, Hyrox, Crossfit, gymnasts, swimmers.... all sporty folk.
The class will start with calming breath work, then ease through as series of yoga postures to increase mobility, and strength to balance training, creating an equilibrium and conditioning to body to complement high intensity training.
Beneficial to all, but particularly those who have harder training scheduled in the week.
Please make sure your device is Zoom compatible and it's downloaded. Check you junk mail if you have not received the link.
Wear suitable clothing, have the screen on or off but do log on early to ask any questions if needed as all participants will be muted during the session.
