🍂 CLARE- 🍂 Autumn Equinox Candlelit Cacao & Sound Bath 🍂

Details

As summer gently gives way to autumn, nature begins to slow, inviting us to do the same.

I warmly invite you to an evening of deep rest, warmth and nourishment in the beautiful Old Goods Shed, nestled within the historic grounds of Clare Castle Country Park.

As autumn invites us to slow down, so does this evening. Surrounded by the gentle glow of candlelight, you'll be welcomed with cinnamon spiced ceremonial cacao before settling into a deeply restorative sound journey.

This is your opportunity to pause, exhale, and simply receive.

No experience is needed—just come exactly as you are.

🍁 What to Expect

🤎 A warming mug of Cinnamon-Spiced Ceremonial Grade Cacao to gently open the heart and settle you into the evening.

🕯️ A calming guided meditation to help you soften, slow down and arrive fully in the present moment.

🌌 An immersive sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, therapeutic gongs, Shamanic Drum and more

✨ Time to rest deeply as soothing vibrations wash through the body, calming the nervous system and inviting profound relaxation.

Leave feeling grounded, restored and wrapped in a sense of inner stillness.

🌀 Why Sound Baths?
After seven years of holding sound baths, I can honestly say they continue to amaze me. Every gathering is different, yet people so often leave feeling lighter, calmer and deeply rested.

The vibrations gently encourage the body to move from a state of doing into a state of being, creating the space for deep relaxation and restoration.

Research suggests sound baths may help:
• Reduce stress and anxiety
• Calm the nervous system and support healthy blood pressure
• Improve focus, clarity and emotional balance
• Encourage creativity and intuition
• Promote deep relaxation and restful sleep
• Support emotional wellbeing

During the deepest parts of the experience, the sounds of the gong may encourage the brain towards Theta brainwaves—a deeply restorative state often associated with meditation, creativity and dreaming. Many people leave feeling as though they've had hours of restorative rest.

🚂 The Venue
The Old Goods Shed is a beautifully restored Victorian railway building, lovingly renovated to retain its historic charm while offering warmth, comfort and accessibility.
Located within the peaceful surroundings of Clare Castle Country Park, it's the perfect setting to welcome the quieter rhythm of the season.

🅿️ Ample parking is available on site and is free after 7:00pm.

🍂 Wrap yourself in your favourite blanket, sink into your cosy nest, sip warming ceremonial cacao, and allow yourself an evening of complete rest.

I'd love to welcome you.
