My gentle, nourishing class blends slow, mindful yoga with the flowing, meditative movements of Qigong and restorative yoga using bolsters and other props to support both physical wellbeing and inner calm.
Sessions focus on soft movement, breath awareness and embodied presence, helping you feel more at ease in your body while quietening the mind. Movements are unhurried and accessible, with time to explore sensation, balance and flow.
