Join me next summer in Paros, my favourite Greek island. Enjoy daily Iyengar yoga classes, fresh food, sea and sunshine for a whole week.
The 2.5hr Iyengar yoga classes are tailored to your needs. Classes are structured so that everyone can practice at their own level and benefit fully from each session.
Our hotel offers you a warm welcome and comfortable accommodation in a beautiful quiet fishing village in the south of the island.
In the hotel: Fully equipped yoga space, a private pool area with comfortable loungers, an overflowing bookcase, unlimited fresh filtered water, a shady hammock, and a sunset cocktail bar/restaurant.
Enjoy a fresh buffet breakfast each morning on the shady terrace. Also included are 2 vegetarian welcome and goodbye meals which we enjoy here together.
Your rooms are decorated in the blue and white Cyclades style with comfortable beds, a private shower/WC, fridge and rooms are fully air conditioned. You have a choice of seaview rooms with private balcony or mountain view rooms. Daily cleaning is provided.
Your yoga classes take place each morning from 10.00-12.30 in the fully equipped and air conditioned yoga studio. Then you are free for the rest of the day to enjoy this beautiful island.
A non refundable £250 deposit secures your place in the group. The holiday balance is payable 3 months before departure.

Mountain view Rooms: £959 shared/£1389 single occupancy.
Seaview Rooms with private balcony : £1095 shared twin/£1495 single occupancy.
Prices include bed, breakfast, welcome and goodbye meals and daily 2.5hr yoga classes.
FLIGHTS and INSURANCE are not included.
I can advise on the best routes for travel. Previous groups have flown with Aegean from Heathrow to Paros via Athens, or the early Saturday flight from Gatwick with Easyjet to Mykonos, is a popular choice, it is only a short ferry to Paros.
This is a small group holiday with daily yoga, not a boot camp, so ALL levels are welcome, beginners and non yoga partners and friends included. The yoga is always tailored to your needs and I guarantee you will leave Paros feeling lighter, more aligned and rested.
Instructions
You only need to pack your yoga clothes, flipflops and beachwear.
This holiday includes:-
7 nights accommodation in a sea view or mountain view room.
7 x buffet breakfasts
6 x 2.5 hour morning yoga classes in the fully equipped yoga shala
2 x Welcome and Goodbye evening meals.
You are a few minutes walk from Aliki, where you can enjoy a post yoga coffee in a waterside taverna. There are 3 beautiful beaches within walking distance, or you could venture further afield on the regular bus service around the island. Boat trips go around the island or to Antiparos the little neighbouring island.
Optional activities include sunrise sea swimming, group coffees and meals out and a boat trip where Rofos takes us to some special hidden beaches, coves and swimming areas and serves us lunch.
