Details

Backbends are profound practices that invite us to face vulnerability, break through limitations and experience emotional liberation.

In this workshop, we’ll explore the transformative power of backbends, postures that open the heart, stretch the front body and create space for emotional release and growth.

As we extend our spines and open our chests, we connect deeply with the courage it takes to be fully open and present in our lives. These poses challenge us to move past fear, to let go of what weighs us down and to embrace a sense of expansion and possibility.

Throughout this workshop, we will explore foundational techniques, alignment and breathwork to safely access deeper backbends and enhance mobility in the spine. Together, we will uncover how these postures not only build physical strength but also ignite emotional healing, allowing us to feel lighter, more expansive and more connected to ourselves.
