Designed specifically for children and their families, this event encourages bonding, creativity, and self-expression. Our yoga session will help develop flexibility, coordination, and body awareness in a safe and nurturing environment.
Alice will guide you through a series of playful poses, breathing exercises, and joyfulness. We will explore the wonders of nature, animals, and magical creatures.
Bring a mat, maybe some water, come as you are 🤗☺️
