Shakti is the divine feminine power that we hold within us, this retreat day is to connect you back to your own Shakti power!
A passion that has developed for me in recent years is supporting Women through the ever changing cycles and seasons of life... as Women we are always growing & evolving, so much transition happening inwards as well as on the outside & so much of this gets overlooked in out society. As we come into a New Year it can give us an opportunity to reset and create positive change in our lives, this Women's Retreat will give you the chance to do just that.

Who's it for?
ALL women, at all stages of life.
If you're feeling tired, burnt out, overlooked or unseen. If you are navigating hormonal changes including menstruation, post natal or menopausal... and if you're feeling great right now this will only help you to manifest more of that!
What to expect?
Women's Circle: A chance to speak from your heart in a supportive circle of women.
Revitalising Yoga: To enhance vitality to your Womb & Pelvis, & well really into entire body and being. (This practice will be especially supportive & safe to anyone with Pelvic Health issues eg. PGP, Stress Incontinence, Prolapse...)
Nourishing Refreshments - Warm drink & superfood cakes!
Yin Yoga & Meditation
I am making this my life's work to hold space & share my knowledge to support you through the metamorphosis & beauty that lies in the journey of being a woman.

Wear whatever you feel comfortable to move in, a Yoga mat, blanket & cushion.
Bring extra layers of clothing, warm socks & you may like an eye pillow or sleep mask for relaxation. A journal & pen will be handy for reflections throughout our day together.
