Moon Magic is my most beloved event to host each month and StarDisc is my favourite location for summer Yoga, this year we are bringing the two together!
Moon Magic; Women's circle, Yoga & Moon Ritual at StarDisc, Wirksworth.
Each month we gather under the energy of the full moon, a moment to pause, reflect, and check in with yourself each month... to been seen, heard & held by other women, of all ages and stages of life, we are one and the same and these events provide a safe space to come together. Meditation, sharing circle, Full moon ritual and Yoga in the most magical setting on StarDisc.
Hopefully the sun gods and goddesses will be shining on us, however I will keep you posted on the day!
July brings us the second full moon in Capricorn in a row, a rare occurrence and a potent time to really tune into yourself and any messages you may be receiving, in a sacred circle of likehearted women in the beautiful setting of StarDisc, Wirksworth.
(I have a back up indoor venue in case of poor weather!)
Please bring a Yoga mat, any props you might like eg. Yoga blocks/straps....
Wear whatever you feel comfortable moving in and extra jumpers/socks/blankets for a cosy relaxation! 🙂 A journal & pen are useful for our rituals and reflections.
if you have a precious crystal, piece of jewellery, plant, flower or something special to you that you would like to bring to make up our altar, & charge with the group energy then please do! 💜
You are most welcome to bring a flask of your favourite drink and join me in soaking up the view and magic of StarDisc and the company of your fellow Yogini's after class if you wish to too! :-)
