An invitation to all Women at all stages of life to step into an exploration of your own femininity, your own unique cycles, wisdom and power under the magic of the full moon in Sagittarius, offering an optimistic approach to life and a belief that things will get better even if you get into trouble.
May's full moon is also known as the flower moon as this is when we see flowers at their most abundant, perhaps you are feeling this abundance at this time too?
Come together and share in the safety of the sacred tradition of circle. A monthly gathering of hearts & souls to pause, reflect, release anything that needs to go & invite more of what you want and need into your life.
What to expect??
A safe space to share whatever is in your heart & your life, a women's circle is a place to be seen and heard, to be supported. We will also practice a full moon ritual & some gentle Women's Yoga, suitable for all women at all stages of life...
Come as you are, every part of you is welcome!
Wear whatever you feel comfortable to move in & socks/layers.
Please bring with you a Yoga mat & blanket, you may also like to use Yoga blocks if you have them, a cushion or a pillow and a sleep mask for relaxation will help you to feel extra cosy for the relaxation...
