Full Moon - Women's circle & Yoga
An opportunity for women to gather together under the full moon, to share in the safety of the feminine and the sacred tradition of circle... come as you are, shed the mask, release expectation...every woman is welcome, at any stage of life.
What to expect??
A safe space to share whatever is in your heart & your life, to be seen and heard, to be supported. We will also practice some gentle Women's Yoga sequence, suitable for all women at all stages of life... There will be a full moon ritual to help us connect to the energy of the loving Libra full moon....

Wear whatever you feel comfortable moving in, bring a yoga mat, a small towel/blanket and pillow/s, for your comfort...We will be practising a full moon meditation & ritual so a journal or pen & paper might be useful for reflection ...you might also like to bring an eye pillow or sleep mask for the relaxation & if you have a precious crystal, piece of jewellery or something special to you that you would like to bring to charge with our collective energy then please do! :-)
