Moon Magic - Women's circle, Yoga & Moon Ritual
Each month we gather under the energy of the full moon, a moment to pause, reflect, and check in with yourself each month... to been seen, heard & held by other women, of all ages and stages of life, we are one and the same and these events provide a safe space to come together under the full moon.
Springtime flowers are here to stay for the season by the time May's Flower Moon in Scorpio rolls around. Flowers are great at presenting their best sides to the world. This Flower Moon asks us to review the parts of ourselves that we show off versus those we keep hidden.
Please bring a Yoga mat, any props you might like eg. Yoga blocks/straps....
Wear whatever you feel comfortable moving in and extra jumpers/socks/blankets for a cosy relaxation! 🙂 A journal & pen are useful for our rituals and reflections.
if you have a precious crystal, piece of jewellery, plant, flower or something special to you that you would like to bring to make up our altar, & charge with the group energy then please do! 💜
