Moon Magic - Women's circle, Yoga & Moon Ritual
Each month we gather under the energy of the full moon, a moment to pause, reflect, and check in with yourself each month... to been seen, heard & held by other women, of all ages and stages of life, we are one and the same and these events provide a safe space to come together under the full moon.
Before patriarchal times, Friday the 13th was considered the day of the Goddess. This was a day to worship the Divine Feminine that lives in us all. A day to honour the cycles of creation, death and rebirth. Friday the 13th was originally considered a very powerful day... we will be honouring this energy and the goddess within!
Please bring a Yoga mat, any props you might like eg. Yoga blocks/straps....
Wear whatever you feel comfortable moving in and extra jumpers/socks/blankets for a cosy relaxation! 🙂 A journal & pen are useful for our rituals and reflections.
if you have a precious crystal, piece of jewellery, plant, flower or something special to you that you would like to bring to make up our altar, & charge with the group energy then please do! 💜
