This Level emphasises proper technique, posture and stability helping you create a strong foundation for daily movement, which will leave you feeling lengthened, centred and energised.

For all sessions please bring:
A pilates mat
A towel
A small pillow
Small equipment may be used on occasions but I will inform you the week before of what to bring.
