A slower paced, gentle Yoga practice, using a chair as a prop.
A focus on joint mobility, injury recovery and prevention, building balance, increasing flexibility and releasing tension. We practice mindfulness through breathing exercises and guided relaxation, designed to decrease stress, anxiety and improve sleep.
Finishing up with a complimentary hot drink, and space to connect and chat!
Each week the class will begin seated, with invitations to explore standing poses. Everything is optional, and you are always encouraged to listen to your body, and find what feels good for you.
Suitable for all fitness levels, genders, ages and abilities!
Wear flexible, comfortable clothing that you can move in. You may like to bring easily removable layers.
Please bring your yoga mat. (Chairs & tea provided)
