A Friday night UV Yoga experience blending breath-work, embodied yoga flow, and meditation, led by Alisha Eden, with a live Afro House DJ set by Hollie Halo.
Under dark, atmospheric UV lighting, we gather in celebration of the Summer Solstice - the peak of light, energy, and aliveness. A chance to move with the fire of the season, awaken the senses, and reconnect to joy, vitality, and freedom within the body.
Awaken your spirit as we adorn our skin with (non-toxic) UV paint in ritual, honouring the light within and igniting your inner fire. Through movement, breath, rhythm, and sound, we’ll tap into the expansive energy of the Solstice and the rising power of Shakti energy.
Expect an energising, heat-building flow designed to get you out of your head and fully into your body. We’ll sync breath to rhythm, build energy from the ground up, and use movement as medicine - creating space to release, express, and reconnect. The evening closes with a grounding, beat-infused meditation to soften, integrate, and land.
