Join us for a Well-Being Day like no other — designed for women who love to move, laugh, and recharge.

We’ll start with a morning Pilates session to wake up your body, followed by soothing yoga to stretch, strengthen, and calm your mind. Enjoy a delicious, nourishing lunch and a refreshing countryside walk — and yes, there’ll definitely be cake!

For those feeling brave, take an optional dip in the open water before we wrap up — you’ll leave feeling refreshed, strong, and utterly alive.

A joyful day of movement, connection, and fresh-air freedom awaits!
