All About STEM, in partnership with the Merseyside Network for Collaborative Outreach is delighted to be able to invite your school to take part in one of our 'Mini Big Bang Workshop Days'. This is a free-of charge STEM inspirational event with hands-on, workshops & sessions provided by Universities & STEM organisations in our region.

You can book to bring a group of 10 year 8 or 9 students & you will experience 4 forty-five minute workshops provided by...

• STFC - Space Science & Big Telescopes
• Farm Urban - Aquaponics & Bio-Science
• Science2u - a fun & inspirational general hands-on science workshop
• Riverside College - Engineering; 3d printing & welding simulation

09.30 – 09.45  Schools arrive & register
09.45 – 10.00  Opening Welcome & split into groups
10.00 – 10.15  Careers talk
10.20 – 11.05  Workshop 1
11.10 – 11.55  Workshop 2
12.00 – 12.30  - Lunch break -
12.35 – 13.20  Workshop 3
13.25 – 14.10  Workshop 4
14.10 – 14.20  Evaluations & wrap up
14.20 – 14.30  All to depart
