This Radiant Path Programme workshop is a live, guided self-care session designed for anyone feeling worn down, overstimulated, or simply tired.
You’ll be gently supported through:
soft, accessible movement
grounding and calming practices
guided rest and relaxation
All held in a calm, welcoming space.
There’s nothing to achieve and nothing to get right.
Just time to pause, reconnect with yourself, and be looked after.
This session is suitable for all levels and no prior experience is needed.
Please wear comfortable, warm clothing you can move and rest in
Eat lightly beforehand if needed
Arrive 5–10 minutes early so you can settle without rushing
What to Bring:
A yoga mat or soft surface to lie on
A blanket (or two if you tend to feel cold)
A cushion or pillow for comfort
Water
Everything offered will be gentle and optional, you are always welcome to rest or adjust as needed.
During the Session:
This is a non-judgemental, supportive space
There is nothing to achieve and nothing to get right
You are encouraged to listen to your body and take breaks whenever you need
