Get away from it all and escape to North Wales for a short break that will nourish your soul!
You'll be staying in a beautiful Chapel that has been converted into stylish apartments, right in the heart of Dyserth, located right opposite the waterfall and only minutes walk from the village centre. Your weekend will include Yoga twice daily, a guided walk and sound bath experience and lots of deliciously nourishing seasonal food all home made by our talented chef in our Penthouse.
£340 SHARED ROOM (shared with one person. Rooms are either ensuite or private in apartment)
£450 PRIVATE ROOM (in a shared apartment with up to 2 other people. Room will be ensuite)
£100 BOOKING/DEPOSIT.
Balance is due by BACS transfer 6 weeks prior to event.

Surrounded by nature
The property has it's own beautiful garden and is also only a minute walk from the well known Dyserth waterfall and countryside walks.
Prestatyn and Talacre beach are less than 15 minutes drive.
Accommodation
Each apartment has it's own living room and kitchen and bedroom choice is with ensuite or shared bathroom.
Bedrooms are twin or double. 2 Private rooms only.
The Food
A plant based, seasonal and whole food menu will be offered. The food tastes as good as it looks, cooked from the heart and the earth. There will be a nourishing dinner on the evening of arrival after our first practice. A morning warming drink and after practice a hearty and healthy, brunch.
Travel or transport is not included. You will need to make your own way to the venue. Car share may be available with other guests.

Balance is due 6 weeks before the first date of the event to be sent via bacs supported with email.There is a booking fee on the deposit only.You will be allocated a single bed in a twin room (double rooms available on request) in a shared 2 bed apartment. Each apartment has a lounge, dining and kitchen area. All meals will be hosted in the penthouse. A welcome basket with teas, fruits and treats are available in each apartment. Please advise your host of any dietary requirements and allergies.
