WHAT TO EXPECT:
Through Yoga Asana, Pranayama, Shavasana, Rest and Meditation we will connect to the inner sound and inner vibration.
Through a deeply immersive sound meditation we will practice 'inner listening'. Explore what happens when the mind quietens.
There is magical world inside of you waiting to be awakened and explored!
We will close the afternoon with tea, festive treats and reflection/open chat.
