Yoga Nidra is an effortless lying down meditation.
A state of restful awareness.
This profound meditation technique induces deep healing and nourishment at all levels. The guided practice will use elements of sound, breath awareness, visualisation and mindfulness. A regular practice of yoga nidra can be used to reduce stress and anxiety and to find deep resolve with the inner self - purifying negative habits of the mind.


-Your Yoga Mat
-A Blanket or Shawl to use for support, meditation and relaxation.
-Any other props or items you would like to bring for more comfort (e.g bolster, pillow, eye pillow etc.)
