The philosophy of Yoga and Ayurveda view the whole world - the whole universe as an integrated entity made of 5 fundamental elements;
Earth, Water, Fire, Air, Ether.
Our bodies, our minds, our relationships - with ourselves, each other, and the world around us - are all an expression of the five elements.
In this immersive yoga practice, we will explore the universe within and learn how to balance and embody the qualities of Panchamahabhutas (the 5 great elements) for inner harmony and overall wellbeing of the body and mind.
Practices will include:
Yoga Asana.
Pranayama.
Deep Rest.
Meditation.
Sound.
You are invited to stay for light refreshments after the class.
-Your Yoga Mat
-A Blanket or Shawl to use for support, meditation and relaxation.
-Any other props or items you would like to bring for more comfort (e.g bolster, pillow, eye pillow etc.)
