Forest Yoga flow class is a progressive practice focusing on breath, integrity strength and spirit. The style of practice was created by Ana Forest to heal physical and emotional pain and establish a connection of mind, body and spirit.
Breath- Breath awareness is the foundation of the practice to cultivate an embodied meditative practice. The breath is a powerful tool to heal and nourish your mind and body and replenish vital energy.
Integrity- By tailoring postures for specific physical and emotional needs of each student and level of practice, Forrest Yoga classes are intelligently sequenced throughout and the progression of holding postures during the flow sequence builds resilience, endurance,
Strength- Postures during the sequence are held for longer which builds strength emotionally and physically to help cope with struggles and fears.
Spirit- The practice connects you to your authentic self and your mind, body and spirit to encourage to step forwards with clarity on your path.


Yoga Equipment is available for you to use and you are welcome to bring your own.
Please wear comfortable clothing to enable you to stretch and bring some water.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to class start time to settle into the venue.
Parking is available at the venue.
