Vinyasa yoga is a strong style of yoga that combines breath with movement to build heat, strength and flexibility. Amy's vinyasa yoga classes are small group in-person (maximum 8 per class).
Classes run as a 5 week course, you can book mid-course space permitting and drop-in available via zoom. If you miss a week credit does not roll over, but you will be sent a zoom link of the recording of the class, this link is available for 7 days, everyone who attends in-person or via zoom will be sent this link.
Please bring all your own equipment, including a mat, blanket and cushion. Amy can provide clean equipment if you need it. Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of your class and no later than class start time, if you are late for any reason please text Amy (07967501985). Entrance to the studio is via the side door to the right of the Miners and Mechanics Institute. Please make sure you have read the pre-booking information attached prior to attending a studio class.
A zoom recording will be made of each class, it will only be Amy who will be recorded and seen. The recording link will be sent to all class attendees, whether you attend via zoom or in the studio. This link will be active for 7 days should you wish to re-do a class or you miss a class.

Free parking opposite Miners and Mechanics, and next to Library. Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of you class time and no later. Entrance to the studio is via the right hand side door of the building and up the stairs.
